SHOPPING
Order online or order by phone! Call (206-935-9400) or email (info@clementines.com) with your questions about size, fit, comfort, etc. We are committed to giving you the most accurate information possible and the best customer service on the planet!
Security: Online purchases are made through PayPal, the web’s most secure way to process payments. Personal information given to Clementines.com, in order to process phone payments, will be protected and not disclosed to third parties. Clementines.com does not store your credit card information at any time.
Privacy policy: Clementines.com will not rent, share or sell your personal information with anyone. We may use your contact information to let you know about upcoming sales, promotions or new products. You may choose to unsubscribe to Clementine’s email updates at any time.
Credit Cards accepted: Online you may use any card associated with your PayPal account. For phone purchases, Clementine accepts VISA, MC, Discover and American Express.
Sales Tax: Orders shipped within Washington State will be charged 9.5% sales tax.
Customs / Fees: International orders are subject to duty and/or customs which vary from country to country. You are responsible for these charges and are advised to check with your local customs’ office for additional information.
Item availability: Occasionally, as we sell both online and in our shop, we may run out of certain items or sizes. If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock, we will notify you by email, and make the adjustment to your PayPal account immediately.
SHIPPING
Cost for domestic shipping: Contiguous US, there is a flat fee of $12 for orders under $250; orders over $250 ship via USPS for free. Alaska and Hawaii, add $25 flat rate on all orders. Want it faster? Call us about the cost to arrange a speedier delivery.
Cost for international shipping: All orders shipped to Canada, add $35 flat rate. Outside of the US and Canada, add $45 flat rate.
Method & Timeline: Orders received before 3:00 pm Monday – Friday PST (Pacific Time), will be processed within 24 – 48 hours and shipped via USPS. (We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays; and we do not ship to PO boxes.) You will be notified by email that your order has been received and you will receive tracking information as soon as it is available. You can expect to receive your domestic order within 3 to 7 business days; international orders within 9 to 12 business days.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to return an item for exchange please 1) place a new order for the preferred item, and 2) return the original order following the return instructions that follow. There will be no charge for shipping your exchange order and we’ll credit your PayPal account for the cost of return shippping!
RETURN POLICY
Please email us at info@clementines.com to let us know that you’ll be returning a purchase. Send your insured return with a shipper that provides tracking information to: Clementine, 4447 California Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98116
Return of non-sale items: You may return any unworn item within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment. If your item was a gift, you will receive Clementine store credit for your returned items. If you are returning shoes or boots, please include the original manufacturer’s shoe box, but please enclose within another shipping container.
Return of sale items: You may return unworn sale items within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, or for store credit. Please be aware that purchases of sale items marked “clearance” are not eligible for return.
Return because of defect: It can happen! Please contact us directly by phone or email so that we can discuss the nature of the defect and arrange either repair, exchange, credit, or refund. (Refund option available only on non-sale purchases and only within 30 days of purchase.)
